Child Safety Standards
Дата вступления в силу: 9 October 2026
Ridekin (operated by Dedik Serhii Vitaliiovych, "Provider", "we", "us", "our") is an app for adult motorcyclists and has zero tolerance for any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This page describes our standards, how we handle reports, and how to reach us about a child safety concern.
Zero tolerance
We prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This applies to every surface of the Service where users can write or share something: display names, signal notes, group names, ride and route names, and shared ride links. There are no exceptions.
Our standards
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Every user must confirm they are 18 or older, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or use the Service.
The Service has no private messaging, photo, or video features. CSAE content and grooming behavior - including any attempt to use a signal, a group ride, or a host offer to contact, meet, sexualize, groom, exploit, or endanger a minor - are strictly prohibited, whether directed at a real or fictional minor.
Any confirmed violation leads to immediate removal of the content and termination of the associated account.
How to report
Email [email protected] with what you saw (for example the display name, signal note, or group name), roughly where and when it appeared, and a screenshot if you have one. You do not need any relationship with the reported user, and we never tell the reported user who reported them. We review every child safety report promptly and act on it as a priority.
You can also use Report on any signal or group member inside the app; reports reach us immediately and are reviewed within 24 hours.
Enforcement and escalation
When we confirm CSAE material or behavior, we remove the content, terminate the associated account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations into CSAE.
Contact
Child safety concerns can be sent to [email protected]. This address is our designated child safety point of contact.
Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws in the regions where the Service is available, including obligations to report apparent CSAE to the relevant national authorities.
