Child Safety Standards
Yürürlük tarihi: 22 August 2026
Ridekin (operated by Dedik Serhii Vitaliiovych, "Provider", "we", "us", "our") has zero tolerance for any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This page describes our standards, how we handle reports, and how to reach us about a child safety concern.
Zero tolerance
We prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This applies across every surface of the Service: profiles, photos, messages, posts, comments, ride clips, and communities. There are no exceptions.
Our standards
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or use the Service.
CSAE content and grooming behavior - including any attempt to sexualize, groom, exploit, or endanger a minor - are strictly prohibited, whether directed at a real or fictional minor.
Any confirmed violation leads to immediate removal of the content and termination of the associated account.
Reporting in the app
Every user, message, post, comment, and listing can be reported directly in the app using the Report action. Reports enter our moderation review cycle and are acted on promptly. You do not need an account relationship with the reported user to file a report, and you can report anonymously with respect to the person you are reporting.
Enforcement and escalation
When we confirm CSAE material or behavior, we remove the content, terminate the associated account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations into CSAE.
Contact
Child safety concerns, including reports that need attention beyond the in-app Report action, can be sent to [email protected]. This address is our designated child safety point of contact.
Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws in the regions where the Service is available, including obligations to report apparent CSAE to the relevant national authorities.
