Delete your account
If you cannot sign in to the app, you can request account deletion here. Enter the email on your account and we will send a verification link. Deletion happens only after you confirm from that link.

What gets deleted
- Your rider profile, presence, host offers, listings, reviews, and personal data are erased.
- Ridekin shares one identity with the Garagely garage app; the shared identity service runs the deletion across both.
- Your account and sign-in are removed.
Legal retention
Some minimal records may be kept where the law requires (for example billing or tax records), then deleted when no longer needed. Messages are tombstoned and marketplace listings may be anonymized for a limited period.
