Waitlist terms

These are short, scoped-down terms for the Ridekin waitlist page. They are not the full Terms of Service for the Ridekin app - that is a separate, much longer document that will apply once the app launches. These waitlist terms only cover the act of joining the waitlist today. By submitting your email address on the waitlist form, you agree to these terms.
What this is
Ridekin is a motorcycle social and ride-coordination app that has not launched yet. This website is a pre-launch waitlist page: it lets you leave your email address so we can tell you when Ridekin becomes available.
No fees
Joining the waitlist is free. Nothing about being on the waitlist obliges you to pay anything, and nothing about it obliges us to charge for the app once it launches (pricing, if any, will be described separately when the app itself launches).
What you're agreeing to receive
By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to receive emails from us about the Ridekin launch. Your address is held as an unverified (pending) signup and receives no marketing until it is verified. Once the email confirmation flow ships, that verification becomes double opt-in: you will receive a confirmation email with a confirm link, at most one reminder if you have not yet confirmed, and - only after you confirm - occasional updates and announcements about the launch. We will not sell your email address to third parties.
Unsubscribing
You can stop receiving these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or via the unsubscribe page linked from our emails. Unsubscribing does not delete your account (you don't have one yet - the waitlist is not an account) and does not affect any future Ridekin app registration you may choose to make separately.
No guarantee of launch date or features
Joining the waitlist does not reserve you a place, a username, a discount, or any specific feature, and does not guarantee that Ridekin will launch on any particular date, in your country, or at all. We may change our plans for the app at any time.
Your information
How we collect, use, and protect the email address and related data you give us is described in our Waitlist Privacy Notice, incorporated into these terms by reference.
Changes
We may update these waitlist terms as the waitlist program changes; the current version is always the one posted at this page. These terms are retired once the app itself launches and the full Terms of Service take over.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
